Sound Diffusion

Sound Diffusion

Through a semester of research and experimentation with spray foam and sound dampening techniques, we sought to create an acoustically defined space. With pachyderm and equissions we simulated the acoustic effects of various geometry, density, and room designs. The final design is of an open, atrium-like space, consisting of quiet pockets consisting of quieter spaces.
